By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before launching your purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms (Level 1)

By using this Website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the express consent of a parent or guardian to do so. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or place an order. (Basically, don’t press Start unless you accept the rules!).

2. Products, Variations & Orders

  • Inventory & Availability: All items (loot, cards, and wall art) are subject to availability.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. If we have to cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund immediately.
  • Handcrafted Nature & Screen Settings: We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, because colours look different depending on your monitor’s display settings, we cannot guarantee that the physical product will perfectly match the exact pixels on your screen. Furthermore, because our items are lovingly handcrafted to order, slight variations may occur—consider it a unique stat roll!

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable). No secret microtransactions here.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order. We securely accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Fast-Travel Dispatch

  • Same-Day Dispatch: We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 11:00am (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after this time will ship out the following business day.
  • Shipping Costs: Standard shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class is completely FREE. If you choose to upgrade to 1st Class or a tracked fast-travel option at checkout, the extra fee will be calculated and clearly shown before you pay.
  • Postal Boss Battles (Delays): While we ship items out at lightning speed, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other postal carriers. Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you once we hand the package over to the carrier. (If an item goes completely missing, please check our Returns & Refunds policy!).

5. Personalised & Custom Gear

  • Many of our card and art designs offer customisation so you can modify the text for your recipient.
  • User Input Accuracy: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any text, names, or custom details you provide are spelt correctly. We print exactly what you write, so please double-check your personalisation before locking in your checkout!
  • Returns on Custom Work: Because personalised items are created uniquely for you, they are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or with an error made on our part.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • For non-personalised cards and prints, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

7. Intellectual Property

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Pop Corner will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website or the purchase of our products.
