3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include:
- Personalized items: Since these are custom-designed for you, they are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
4. Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product:

8. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pixel Pop Corner does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
